The fuel coalescing separation oil purifier consists of a coarse filter system, a secondary filter system, a fine filter system, a coalescence separation chamber, an oil pump and a circuit control system. 

It includes three functions: 

1) Filtration and dehydration functions to remove emulsified water, free water and impurities in the corresponding oil; 

2) Filter the oil separately and use it as a fuel dispenser; its working principle is: the oil flows through a special high-efficiency The filter element, through the gradually narrowing pore structure of the filter element from the surface to the inside, along the flow direction, intercepts the pollution particles of different sizes in layers, which improves the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter element;

3) The inner circulation is set to facilitate the replacement of the coalescence separation filter element.

In the system, the oil first enters the coarse filtration system. After processing, the impurities of large particles are removed to protect the oil pump from being damaged. After that, the oil is pumped into the secondary filtration system, and then enters the coalescing filter element in the coalescing chamber. Due to the unique polar molecular structure of the coalescing filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, and sink into the water storage tank under the action of gravity. The fine water molecules accompany the oil to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through, the fine water molecules are blocked from the outside of the filter element, and after gathering with each other, they settle into the water storage tank at the lower part of the coalescing chamber due to gravity and discharge. After the oil is dehydrated, it enters the fine filter system to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's oil tank meets the design standard.
