Hankison precision filter element is the core component of compressed air treatment. E9 class - Separation filter element

It is suitable for filtering out a large amount of liquid and 3-micron agglomerates to reach the residual oil content of PPMW/W. The first-level two steel hole pipes are used for 10-micron mechanical separation. The second-stage deep fiber medium filters out solid and liquid particles of 3 microns, and is used for general protection after the cooler behind the air compressor and before other filters, and used as a pre-treatment device for the refrigerated dryer.

E7 class - Main circuit filter

It is suitable for filtering out wavy water and oil. It can filter out solid particles as small as 1 micron and reach 1.0PPMW/W residual powder content. The first-grade fiber media and media filter are alternately laminated to filter out larger particles. , Level 2 Multilayer Epoxy Bonded Hybrid Fiber Media, Deep Fiber Media, Can coagulates oil mist and filters out solid particles. It is used for pre-treatment before the E5 filter, and after the refrigerated dryer and the suction machine, to further improve the air quality.

E5 class - High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter

It is suitable for coalescing extremely fine water vapor and oil mist, and can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 microns, reaching 0.01PPMW/W residual oil content, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. Stage 1 multi-layer fibrous media and media strainer,can filter out larger particles, filter the air before it enters the second stage of filtration. The second level of multi-layer bonded fiber media can filter out fine agglomerates and is generally used before the E3 filter and suction dryer, and after the cold dryer, which can protect the air and ensure that there is no oil in the air.

E3 class - High efficiency oil removal filter

It can filter solid particles as small as 0.01 microns and reach 003PPMW/W residual oil content，without moisture, dust and oil.It plays the role of the last filter. The first-level is a very fine activated carbon powder stable layer, which can filter out most of the oil vapor, and the second-level is a multi-layer fiber medium bonded micro-fine activated carbon powder. It can filter out residual vapors and is used in some units that must use high-quality air, such as food industry, respiratory industry, aseptic packaging, etc.
