Lube oil coalescing dehydration purifier
Different liquids have different surface tensions, and when the liquid flows through the small holes, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the passing rate. When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they first enter the coalescing filter element. The coalescing filter element has Multi-layer filter media, the pore size of which increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter layer quickly, while the water is much slower; and because the coalescing filter element is made of hydrophilic material, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, causing the water droplets to coalesce. Under the action of kinetic energy, the small droplets compete to pass through the openings, gradually converge into large droplets, and settle under the action of gravity to separate from the oil. After the oil passes through the coalescing filter element, there are still small water droplets. Move forward to the separation filter element by inertia. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water droplets are blocked outside the separation filter element, while the oil passes through the separation filter element and is discharged from the outlet.
The Lube oil coalescing dehydration purifier integrates two functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration. There are two kinds of filter elements with different functions installed inside the coalescing separation—the coalescing filter element and the separation filter element. When some particles also flow through the coalescing separator, it undergoes four process stages: rate, coalescence, sedimentation, and separation, so as to achieve the function of filtering out particulate pollutants and holding out moisture.
