The portable lube oil purifier apparatus can effectively purify the tiny and fine mechanical impurity in oil, enabling it to be a preferred choice of power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mechanics, and railway industries for oil filling, oil drawing and high-precision impurity removal of mutual inductor, lathe, and oil breaker, which do not use a large quantity of oil. The portable lube oil purifier apparatus combined with double FH trapezoidal network with H.P.M high molecule polymer material absorbing distinctively removes various impurities and particles. The filtering system has the backflush function to clean the filters and clear impurities from the filter automatically. It improves the effectiveness of filtering and extends the life of the filter immensely.

Caractéristiques

Primary Filter: Made of stainless steel material with double FH trapezoidal network filtering technology, it removes particles and impurities down to 80 microns.

Second-stage Filter: Made of stainless steel material with double FH trapezoidal network filtering technology, it removes particles and impurities down to 20 microns.

Fine Filter: Made by high polymer materials and imported from Germany, and thoroughly demulsifies and separates water from the waste oil. It removes particles and impurities down to 5 microns, making the oil clean.

Applications

● Impurity filtration of liquid oil during transportation. 

●Bypass filtration of oil circuit system at work. 

●Circular filtration of hydraulic lubricating system before it is put into operation. 

●The oil of the hydraulic lubricating system is pumped out without being filtered by the pump of the equipment itself.
