Under the action of pressure, the impure oil enters the vacuum evaporation tank through the primary filter. After the oil is heated to 60 to 70 degrees, it is sprayed into the vacuum chamber and becomes fine oil droplets. The water in the oil evaporates quickly into water vapor, which enters the condenser and is condensed and discharged. The uncondensed water vapour is discharged into by the vacuum pump. The oil that is collected at the bottom of the vacuum evaporation tank and has been evaporated and dehydrated is sent to the filter device by the oil pump to filter out the solid impurities in the oil and further absorb a small amount of water. The vacuum oil filter can effectively improve the effect of removing water in the oil, and is suitable for the purification of high-voltage electrical appliances.
