Mobile pneumatic cartridge filtration and purification skid

Our mobile pneumatic cartridge filtration and purification skid, eliminates 100 percent free water and up to 90 percent dissolved water from oil without using expensive and maintenance-sensitive vacuum pumps and elements.

Water in oil can seriously shorten the life of hydraulic systems and lubricating oil systems. Our mobile oil dryer filtration units is designed to remove the water from the oil to extend the life of the oil and installations. Using a special process, the mobile oil dryer filtration units efficiently removes water and solid particles from the oil. The Mobile pneumatic cartridge filtration and purification system makes use of the physical phenomenon of mass transfer. By using the ambient air and its capacity to absorb water, the water is converted into water vapour, so that the water can be discharged cost efficiently without having to replace filter elements. Because the water is absorbed into the air, there is no collecting tray for the water that still has to be drained.

The especial designed frame is kept small and compact to allow access to tight spaces, the central lifting point allows for moving to different floors and the optional wheels make transport easy. As standard, the mobile pneumatic cartridge filtration and purification skid are equipped with a water sensor to continuously measure the water saturation point of the oil and display it on the control panel.
