Komatsu Oil Filters: Keep your engine clean and running efficiently

When contamination (which is a by-product of engine combustion and wear) is removed, oil is free to do its job of maintaining engine performance and extending engine life.

Komatsu oil filtration systems employ bypass filtration, either separately or as part of the full-flow filter, using a combination of full-flow and bypass technology.

This removes soot and other by-products of combustion, which are not normally extracted through standard full flow filtration.

Komatsu Hydraulic Filters: Performance under pressure

Hydraulic filters are used in the torque converter, transmission, steering and hydraulic circuits of the machine, which work under high pressure and temperature.

In these circuits pressure adjusted oil passes through small orifices, so it must be clean and free of the particles caused by wear.

Komatsu Hydraulic eco-white filters employ glass fibre technology to filtrate minute particles, preventing contamination of the hydraulic oil and extending filter life.
