The LE27007x oil separator filter is specially designed for industrial air compressors. It efficiently separates oil mist from compressed air, ensuring clean air output and protecting downstream equipment.​

Caractéristiques

Adopting a multi-layer composite structure, the outer layer is made of high-density glass fiber, which initially captures large oil droplets. The middle layer uses a gradient density filter paper to trap micron-level oil mist (≥0.3μm), and the inner layer is a hydrophobic membrane that further enhances separation efficiency, reaching up to 99.98%.​

The filter element is treated with anti-aging technology, maintaining stability in temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 120℃. It is compatible with mineral-based and synthetic compressor oils, effectively resisting oil corrosion and extending service life.​
