This filter cartridge is a key filtration component used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, designed for impurity interception and particle control in cathode and anode slurries. It adapts to high-solid-content and high-viscosity slurry systems, effectively improving slurry uniformity and electrode coating quality to support stable battery production.

Core Materials

Filter Media: 316L stainless steel mesh, pleated nylon; PTFE, PVDF and other materials are available for specific formulations to match different slurry chemical properties.

Structural Parts: End caps, inner core and capsule housing are made of polypropylene (PP), featuring good solvent resistance and structural stability.

Seals: EPDM, silicone, NBR or FKM O-rings are optional, suitable for various temperature and chemical environments.

Process Features: 3D thermal-bonded stereo fiber structure, no oiling agent added, no air bubbles at initial filtration, no fiber shedding, ensuring slurry purity.

Operating Temperature: ≤80°C, compatible with common slurry filtration temperature ranges.

Max. Operating Differential Pressure: 2.4bar@80°C, 4bar@21°C; high-pressure versions up to 5.6bar for screw pump conditions.

Effective Filtration Area: ≥0.65m² per 10-inch cartridge, enabling high-flow and low-pressure-drop operation.
