 Element Filtration Grades

Grade P (Pre-Filter / Particulate): 5 Micron rating. Removes bulk liquid water, rust, and heavy dust. Installed before dryers to protect the system.

Grade X (General Purpose Coalescing): 1 Micron rating, max remaining oil content ≤ 0.5 mg/m³. Removes liquid water, oil aerosols, and fine dust.

Grade Y (High-Efficiency Coalescing): 0.01 Micron rating, max remaining oil content ≤ 0.01 mg/m³. Ideal for critical downstream valves, high-end paint spraying, and instrumentation.

Grade A (Activated Carbon Absorption): Removes oil vapors and hydrocarbon odors, leaving a remaining oil content ≤ 0.003 mg/m³. Must be preceded by a Grade Y filter; used for food, beverage, and pharma packaging.
