We developed the coalescence separation oil purification machine which can precision filtration and efficiently dehydration. Coalescence oil purification machine can effectively remove the impurities in the oil and emulsified water, free water, no damage the quality of raw oil. For the oil containing a large amount of water, the separation effect is particularly significant, separation speed is several time compared with the traditional separation speed.
Inner structure:
The first stage: Oil suction filter is arranged in the oil suction port , coarse filter can protect the oil pump and prolong the service life of the main filter.
The second stage: Pre filter is arranged at the upper end of the coalescence device, which can prolong the service life of the coalescence, and reduce the content of the particles in the filtered liquid.
The third stage : coalescing filter causes the water to accumulate in the oil.
The fourth stage: separation filter further blocks the tiny water droplets in the oil, so as to achieve high efficiency separation.
The fifth stage: fine filter adopt precision and large capacity of filter material as filter media, purifying oil safe and efficient.

Our coalescence oil purification machine have two kinds of features precision filtration and efficient dehydration. Using advanced “ coalescence separation” technology to dehydrate. It has high dehydration efficiency, especially separate large amount of water from oil, which advantages of vacuum method, centrifugal method can not match to, can get rid of oil water emulsion structure in medium. It can control the medium cleanliness in the state of system requirements by particle filtering system, to ensure the cleanliness of oil, not change the physical and chemical properties of oil and prolong the service life of oil. Low energy consumption, low operation cost, good system configuration, high continuous working ability, suitable for online operation.
Particle filtering system employs high efficiency filter material as filtering medium with large filtering area design. It can effectively remove very fine particulate impurities, making the oil achieve high cleanliness.
Coalescence system consists of a set of coalescing filter element. Coalescence filter element use unique polar molecular structure, free water in the oil and emulsified water was coalesced into larger droplets through filtering, and then settle to water storage tank by gravity.
Separating filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water drops are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, and the water is accumulated to the water storage tank by gravity.
Its drainage system is like that: separated water is stored in the water storage tank, when the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve, discharge the water till drop the lower liquid level, close the valve, stop drainage.
