Use and maintenance
*The oil pump cannot be reversed when the oil filter truck is started, and it can work normally only after the steering is confirmed.
*In order for the fine filter element to work normally, the exhaust valve should be opened in time to exhaust the air in the filter cartridge.
*After the oil filter truck is used for a period of time, the noise of the oil pump increases due to the blockage of the coarse filter element, and the coarse filter element should be cleaned in time.
*After the fine filter element has been used for a period of time, when the pressure is as high as 0.4 Mpa due to the blockage of pollutants, it should be cleaned or replaced in time.
*If the oil filter truck cannot pump oil, check whether the oil pump is turned correctly, whether the seal between the oil tank and the oil pump suction port is reliable, and whether the oil suction port is away from the oil surface or the oil has been sucked out.
* When it is found that the flow rate of the oil filter vehicle is reduced, it is necessary to check whether the coarse and fine filter elements are seriously blocked. Whether the shaft seal of the oil pump is worn or blown out due to reverse rotation, and air is sucked in.
