The pleated aseptic deep filter element is suitable for safe aseptic filtration of compressed air and other process gases.

The filter element can meet various high requirements of the food and beverage industry (dairy products, food processing, soft drinks) and pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and can ensure reliable performance even under extreme operating conditions.

The deep filter material has no fiber shedding during filtration and meets FDA requirements for indirect food contact applications (21 CFR 211.72 latest version of the Food and Drug Administration and (EC) No.1935/2004). The retention efficiency of 0.2 μ m particle impurities is greater than 99 99999%, and the retention efficiency of 0.02 μ m particle impurities is also greater than 99 9999995%. The test approved by DIN EN 1822 shows that the retention efficiency of nano particle impurities (0.003 μ m) is greater than 9.999999991%.
