SMFP filter used to remove water and oil aerosols and particles from compressed air and gases.

This filter is for the filtration and is used before the compressor.

This versatile filter is available in sizes for our complete line of compressed air filter housings.

The residual oil content at an inlet of 3 mg / m3:

Differential pressure at start-up: 0.09 bar

Maximum differential pressure at 20 ° C: 5 bar (independent from the working pressure)

The product emoves water, oil aerosols, and compressed air and gas particles. The SMF and SMFP filter elements are suitable for AG, SG and HD filter housings. The P-SMF filter elements are used in our P-EG and PG-EG houses.

Ultrafilter offers filter elements for most compressed air applications. These high quality filter elements are made with the finest pleating technology and aluminum endcaps. Unique to the industry with their extremely low differential pressure. The FF/MF/SMF filter elements are made with a pleated oleophobic filter media that rejects oil and water. Advanced pleating techniques mixed with nano technology, makes our “High Performance” filters much more effective than a standard filter, as the pleating provides a 450% larger filtration surface per square inch. The special pleating also secures a much larger particle retention capacity. The benefits of using this type of filter is low differential pressure, up to 70% lower energy costs and improved efficiency of filtration.
