Horizontal self-cleaning filter is designed for removing solid particles within 130 to 3500 micron from water, in order to ensure smooth operation of whole system. It is widely used in industrial water treatment, filtration of slag flushing water in steel plant, power plant, paper making production flow, chemical manufacture, irrigation system and some other occasions.

1.Excellent performance of corrosion resistance, given by its Carbon steel structure and phenolic epoxy resin coating. 

2.Lower pressure drop, given by the strainer mesh which has a larger filter area.

3.Higher precision, given by optional strainer meshes with different degrees of precision.

4.Double-layer filtration, including coarse and fine strainer mesh.

5.Continuous water supply. It takes only 30 seconds and a little water consumption to finish the self cleaning process, with almost no effect on the flow. 

6.Diversified control modes, which could make the machine cleaned through different control methods like differential pressure, time or manual. The warning signals and PLC control are available.

7.Automatic self-cleaning function, which could be automatically operated according to the real-time feedback of sedimentary status of the filter net stain.
