This high-viscosity oil precision filter oil dispenser is mainly used to deal with unqualified gear oil, high-viscosity oil filtration, etc. The device handles values of oil viscosity (150-680). This machine is usually equipped with three or more filtration systems, and can also be equipped with more than five filtrations according to customer requirements. The equipment is light and flexible, and the operation is simple. NK series is equipped with a heater system and a constant temperature control system, which can set the heating temperature arbitrarily and automatically control the working state of the heater, especially suitable for filtration of high-viscosity lubricating oil. The treated lubricating oil has low emulsification value, high filtration precision and low impurity content, which can meet the parameter requirements after filtration, and can be used repeatedly in high-precision hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication equipment at home and abroad. The machine can also be used for long-distance, high-lift refueling and oil filling. It is suitable for purification and regeneration of various lubrication in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.

Characteristics of gear oil: It is mainly based on petroleum lubricating oil base oil or synthetic lubricating oil, and is an important lubricating oil prepared by adding extreme pressure anti-wear agent and oily agent. It is used in various gear transmission devices to prevent tooth surface wear, abrasion, sintering, etc., prolong its service life, and improve the transmission power efficiency. Gear oil should have good anti-wear, load resistance and suitable viscosity. In addition, it should also have good thermal oxidation stability, anti-foaming, water separation performance and anti-rust performance. Since the gear load is generally above 490 MPa (MPa), and the hyperbolic tooth surface load is as high as 2942 MPa, in order to prevent the tooth surface from wear and abrasion caused by oil film rupture, extreme pressure anti-wear agents are often added to the gear oil, and sulfur is commonly used. - Phosphorus or sulfur-phosphorus-nitrogen type additives.
