This series of filters has a manual self sealing valve. When replacing the filter element, the self sealing valve should be closed so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out. When installing, the filter should be immersed below the oil level. If the self sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the filter. Otherwise, the pump will be emptied. The filter is equipped with a filter element transportation and dyeing blockage transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the straightness of the oil outlet is 0018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal

Replace or clean the filter element in time to avoid pump suction and other failures.

Maintenance

1 Clean up regularly.

2 If the filter paper is used for a long time, its cleanliness will be reduced. According to the situation, replace the filter paper regularly and appropriately to achieve better filtering effect.

3. If the filter element is in operation, please do not replace the filter element. In this way, there are only disadvantages but no advantages for any aspect.

4. The equipment shall be inspected regularly and maintained properly. The sealing gasket between the filter and the connecting frame must be strictly sealed to ensure no leakage, which also has a great impact on the filtering.
