Pressure drop - efficiency, performance

At the normal working pressure: 0.7Mpa~1.0Mpa, the initial pressure difference of the oil separator is between 0.15bar~0.25bar.The compressed air oil content can be controlled at 3~6ppm, and the compressed air oil mist particles can be controlled below 0.1μm.

Filter material selection and production process

The oil and gas separator filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material from American HV Company and American  Lydall Company. The misty oil and gas mixture in compressed air can be completely filtered out through the oil core.

Fine seam welding, spot welding process and the newly developed two-component adhesive ensure that the oil-gas separation filter has high mechanical strength and can work normally at temperatures below 120C.

Service life

The service life of oil and gas separator is more than 4000 hours. The length of life depends on many factors: the design of the oil separator barrel, the routine maintenance, the cleanliness of the environment, the quality of the lubricating oil, the working temperature, and the quality of  the oil separator.
